Submit a Claim - Instructions


You may be eligible to submit a claim if you paid service fees to purchase an electronic ticket at Defendant’s New York Renaissance Faire located in Tuxedo, New York from Defendant’s website from August 29, 2022, to and through April 4, 2025.

Claim Forms must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. EST on August 24, 2026, or postmarked (if mailed) no later than August 24, 2026. Claims submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.


How to File Online:

Before Claim Filing: You will need the Unique ID and PIN from the Notice that you received via email. To locate this information, please open your email. Your Unique ID and PIN can be found near the top of the message.

If you are unable to find the email, please check your spam or junk email folder. You may also want to search your inbox for the settlement name. If you did not receive an email Notice or it was accidentally deleted, please contact the Settlement Administrator at 877-239-7771 for assistance or complete and submit a Claim Form, available here, via mail.

After Claim Filing: After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.
